Chapter 1 Context

It has been more than 5 years since I had read any elementary book on R, that focuses on statistics. I have been caught up in the aspects of gaining some hands-on skills in Python, Data Science and Machine Learning that I have been completely away from basic resampling stuff. I want to get some basic hands-on experience with resampling again. I vividly remember that I had learnt a stuff of statistics via resampling approach. So, my objective atleast for today, would be go through the entire sampling approach.

There is also an additional aspect that I am working through. I have never written a book review in Rmd. It means that I am going to work through the datasets and work through the basic aspects of statistics.
